Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, many of our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind – even our products labelled for “normal skin types” are gentler than industrially created soaps. If in doubt, look for the specially designed “sensitive skin” products for options tailored to your needs.

Are your soaps and ointments cruelty-free?
We do not conduct any animal testing.
However some of our artisan soaps and balms contain small amounts of animal tallow and beeswax. We label all of our products that contain any animal products and by-products. If in doubt, see our vegan-friendly range.

Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?
We are committed to sustainability. We package in a food quality waxed paper wrapper, no plastics and do not use palm oil in the manufacture of our entire range of products. We take conscious steps to reduce our environmental footprint.

Are your products suitable for vegans?
Many of our products are vegan-friendly. Look for the “vegan” label on our product descriptions for vegan options.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! But right now we’re only offering international delivery through our Etsy Store – this website is currently only offering delivery to the UK. This will be changing soon as we build up this e-commerce website so stay tuned!
